KSW871 High Speed Water Jet Loom is developed from the previous heavy duty model on structure and moving parts, this model has been fully improved and strengthened from let-off, shedding, take-up, driving system and the whole machine's stability, which are with high-speed stable continuous running capacity, products can be adopted into wider range, it is more suitable for weaving thicker and higher density fabrics.
Rack:
The main wall panel of the loom adopts high-density reinforced type, gray iron HT200, 340kg, the main beam adopts four reinforced L-shaped steel, the wall thickness is 12mm, sandblasted treatment, the whole frame is more stable, reduce the vibration during high-speed operation, and ensure the high quality and high output of the fabric. At the same time, the large wall panel, middle wall panel, and side cover are tempered to make it not deformed.
Shedding mechanism:
The size of the open connecting rod, the heald shaft and other parts have been enlarged, and the double-ribbed, heavyweight heald frame is adopted to ensure that the warp shedding is stable and reliable and the shuttle is clear when running at high speed and weaving medium and thick fabrics.
Weft yarn detection mechanism:
The sensitive photoelectric weft detector can be accurately detected from the original filament to the strong twisted wire, from the low stretch to the high stretch, and the weft break is stopped in time to prevent weaving defects.
Edge brace device:
The cloth edge brace shaft is changed from three rows of needles to five rows of needles, the size of the cloth side brace and the guide cloth angle steel is widened, the special for Ssangyong machine, stainless steel downward pressure type, the brace edge is more powerful, and the guide cloth is more stable.
Weaving structure:
The form of cloth edge is rope-like edge, the cloth edge is fastened, not easy to loosen, the thickness is basically the same as the ground structure, and there is no color difference after dyeing. It adopts aluminum alloy planetary gear system weaving mechanism, which has light weight and low vibration, and is suitable for high-speed operation. The use of nylon ring gear reduces noise and is easy to replace.
Aluminum alloy parts:
Suction pipe holders, edging gears, etc. are all anodized hard film treatment, which is both beautiful and wear-resistant. The reed seat and slide seat are changed from aluminum alloy parts to stainless steel parts, so that it not only increases strength, but also increases corrosion resistance.
Centralized oil supply:

Weft mechanism:
Inertia weft beating mechanism and crank connecting rod mechanism are adopted. The crankshaft is processed by special processes such as high-frequency quenching to improve wear resistance, hardness and strength. The diameter of the rocker shaft is enlarged, and the seamless steel pipe of ∮114×10mm is adopted, and the forged multi-reed seat feet are used to enhance the strength and ensure the life. The reed seat and slide seat are made of stainless steel, which improves the weft beating force, and can weave high-density and medium-thick fabrics, and the cloth surface is tight and full.
Side shearing device:
The use of ceramic or carbide cutting edge, both sharp and wear-resistant, with imported connecting rod end bearings, regardless of the thickness of the weft, can be accurately sheared.
Bearings, crankshafts:
It mainly adopts the original imported bearings of Japan NSK. Quenching the crankshaft further increases the wear resistance of the crankshaft and prolongs the service life.
Let-off Mechanism:
Twisted fabric, ultra-fine and high-density fabric special type, special processing, professional manufacturer manufacturing, fine assembly. With the current draped continuously variable transmission to adjust the amount of warp delivery, the friction plate pressurization device prevents the fluctuation of the warp rewinding, and is suitable for the large tension of medium and thick fabrics and ensures the stability of the warp tension.
