KSP918-150 water-jet plastic weaving loom is a plastic knitting machine independently developed by our company and compatible with low weight. This equipment can be used for weaving high-weight container fabrics and low-weight woven fabrics.
The equipment adopts the direct-feeding warp let-off method of the creel, and is designed to install a creel with 3,500 heads. The yarn disc adopts a large yarn disc, which can better ensure the flatness of the warp and is not easy to loop. Weft insertion adopts electronic weft feeder. The shedding methods are divided into flat sheddingand cam shedding, and the shedding amount is increased to make the weft thread passin a more easy way. Two rubber rollers squeeze water dehumidification are used to reduce the moisture content of the fabric: no more than 4% for high gram weight and no more than 1% for low gram weight. The electric heating edge ironing device can automatically iron and cut the edge of the fabric while rolling the fabric, and uses two sets of waste edge devices. The independent cloth rolling method outside the machine allows the cloth roll diameter to reach 1.2 meters, and the use of hanging rubber rollers can ensure the synchronization and reliability of the cloth rolling. The electric appliance adopts Qingdao Shenghong electric appliance with Korean technology. The electric device can realize the synchronization of let-off, take-up, weft insertion and electric ironing. The short weft phenomenon in the weft insertion can automatically be stopped. The operation is simple, easy to understand, safe and reliable.
