KSJ-501 twisted wire mesh water jet loom is a kind of twisted wire mesh loom independently invented and developed by our company (patent number: 201420381647.9). This machine is mainly used for the interweaving and weaving of plastic round yarn and high-strength chemical fiber yarn into a net. The machine adopts two heald frames and is equipped with a half heald device, so that the heald frame moves up and down while the half heddle moves left and right by the shedding mechanism, so that the warp yarns form an interweaving shed, and then the weft yarns are sprayed into the shed to weave into a net. At present, this interweaving machine can produce three kinds of products: three strand netting, five strand netting and seven strand netting.
