The rigidity of the frame and beams of this model of loom has been strengthened, and the whole machine has good stability. The beat-up mechanism has been further optimized, and the structure has become more reasonable. Four-link or six-link beat-up can be used. When the six-link beating-up is used, the opening time of the warp yarn can be extended and the weft insertion can be facilitated, which make the loom more suitable for weaving wide-width loom fabrics and broadens the weaving range of the loom. The shedding mechanism of this model is optional: crank shedding, cam shedding, electronic dobby and jacquard type. Also they are equipped with electronic let-off, electronic take-up and variable weft density weaving functions. What is more, automatic stop after warp break, double weft detection electronic length measurement, electronic weft storage, yarn breakage detection and weft catch detection are all electronically controlled, making the operation of the loom more humanized.
