KSW-408 series high-speed heavy-duty water-jet loom is a new model professionally developed by our company on the basis of Japan's Tsudakoma 405 model. The frame structure of the whole machine has been fully redesigned to make it larger and the beam support area has been expanded. The stability of the whole machine has been further improved. It has excellent seismic performance, which make it more stable in beating up, and ensures the high quality of fabrics produced. What is more, this series of machine has innovative designs in terms of transmission, heddle lifting, warp let-off, take-up system, etc., making this machine especially suitable for high-speed and stable weaving of heavy, high-density and heavy fabrics.
This model can be equipped with mechanical single-jet, single-pump with double-jet electronic free weft selection system or double-pump with double-jet and double-pump with three-jet electronic free weft selection system. Cam shedding device or electronic dobby shedding device are optional; Electronic let-off or electronic take-up are optional.
